Three day work week? I wish , try a five day work week (sunday through thursday) Not to mention a 14 hour work day on thursday.

My son graduates this weekend from High school The units are all in the hands of the machine shop now anyway, so no lost days in production when i'm off

Grats to your son's achievement. My daughter graduates on the 25th, which just happens to be my birthday. We will celebrate it the 26th this year.
