Howdy,
Warm vapor can be the result of a lot of issues, I'll give some suggested fixes.
Air Flow Lacking
Obviously drill out the air holes and or give it more room to breath, though doing this will decrease the density of vapor and flavor. It will cool down the vape though.

Coil Ohm too low
If your running a low ohm coil, it will heat up quickly, sometimes too quickly for some. Add some more wraps to your coil on the next build. .8-1.0 is a cool vape for most typical 4.0v mods and still gives descent flavor (remember, surface area results in more e-liquid atomized which in return results in more vape).

Wattage too high.
I've found that you don't need a blow torch wattage ( 50-200+) to enjoy a good vape, try adjusting this if possible. The flavor will still be there while decreasing your heat down. If you don't have an adjustable vv/vw mod then see "Ohm's too high" for fix.

Add a longer drip tip
If you don't wish to do any of the above and its working for you, then try adding some space between you and the build deck. Vapor being essentially vaporized water, vg and pg will naturally cool down with distance, as will most atomized substances including steam (which is why steam lines are insulated).

If none of these work then I'd play around with it, mix and match per say. You'll know when you've hit that ideal when its heaven. Make sure to document or at least mental note stuff you do for next time, makes replicating the process that much easier.

Hope this helps
