You've got some good answers, here's a bad one:

Hand Blown Glass Drip Tips by Ghosted Glass

They're not metal, but they are very wide (even my "tall and slim" one is 4-5mm) and have double o-rings.

As close as I can judge, mine matches the centre bottom one in the picture, with the rainbow swirls.

Hey SS... how's it goin'?

VapourArt makes the GP line of 2 o-ring drip tips... the one I have has a 4mm ID bore. The original Vapelyfe, and Fasttech clone of same, DTs have two o-rings as well. Don't know the IDs.

Hey, bud! Been busy with the new forum. Was originally intended for 20-30 hardcore ePipeMods fans, a few months later we're up to 160-something members. I'm in a little over my head, but it's fun.

4MM may be a bit on the small side for what I'm doing. I'll talk about that more in the bottom of this reply.

Have a look at the STR drip tip line from By Leo

The STR ones aren't quite right, but the Beck Adapter looks like the best option yet. Is there a US reseller?

I think I erred by not explaining exactly what I need it for. I'm looking to convert some regular pipe stems to 510 connection, and haven't been impressed with the way people are doing it now. I was thinking a wide 510 drip tip would be the perfect adapter, and would look pretty nice as well. Would just need to shave down the outside of the stem until it fit snugly into the tip. Hence, the SS and Brass.

Any reason why you can't bore out the DT to accommodate the pipe stem? Or am I missing a point?

I try to avoid shaping metal with tools. It invariably leads to self-harm.
It's wise of you, that you know where to draw the line. ;-)

Having once run a metal shop, I have a variety of reams on hand, which would allow a accurate final size. Perhaps, if what I have and what you need match (sadly, I no longer have the selection I once did)... I can loan you the tool, or you can send the DT and pipe stem, and I'll fit it.

Hi, everyone!

I'm looking for a specific type of drip tip. Double o-ring, brass and/or stainless versions, and it's got to have a super wide mouth. I'm already aware of the Ninja Mods LF tip, and it's good, but I wanted to ping the community in case there was something better that I missed.

Good luck

That'd probably be overkill. I'm looking to do a little fiddling, make some stems for myself and to give away. I appreciate it, though!
