Last Thursday evening my mini started showing E5 errors. I was using a dripping atty and as soon as I push the button, I could see the glow of the coil through the drip tip. Yikes! It was putting out some serious watts. The atty was still reading only 2.6Ω and the Provari was only set to 4.2Volts but yikes, I've never seen my atty glow through the drip tip. I changed to a couple different atty's / tanks and still the E5 error. Figured, yep somethings not right w/ the PV. :(

The next day, Friday, I emailed Provape describing the problem. 34 minutes later I had this reply from them.

It sounds like the capacitor has been damaged and the ProVari is now outputting more than 6 volts (that’s what the E5 error means). It definitely needs to come to the hospital for some minor surgery J

Let's have you send it in and we can take a look to see what's going on

So on Friday I mailed it back from PA to WA. This afternoon, Tuesday, I got a shipping notice, my mini's on the way home. Should have it back in a few days.

Thank you Provape for some outstanding customer service!:toast:
