In a year of vaping I have purchased from lots of vendors. For me, customer service is the biggest part of where I shop. These vendors have excellent CS and continue to impress me.
Copper Creek:
FlyingV has always been excellent. Great quality juice and even better customer service, even when I was driving her nuts. Copper Creek is by far my favorite vendor.
Clouds of Vapor:
Purchased a carto punch from Bruce and it came with a dull screw and it was deforming cartos. We contacted Bruce and he offered to send a new screw, no questions asked. We noticed he was going to be attending the Atlanta Vape Meet. We exchanged it person and got to meet a new vendor for one stop shopping.
Good Prophets:
Placed a few orders from Good Prophets and they are wonderful. Great prices and ship really fast. I have never had an issue with any orders so I can not speak of their customer service but 5 out 5 orders that went smoothly works for me.
VaporKings:
Order from them a few times and have only had one problem. USPS
They offered to do whatever they could to fix the problem. Thankfully the package arrived and all was well.
Mom and Pop's Vapor Shop:
These two are amazing. I swear I don't know how they are still in business with the kindness they show their customers. Amazing prices and delicious juice. Getting a package from Mom and Pop's is like Christmas. (try the Blue Ridge Mist)
