Suppliers who accept pay pal

Does anyone have a list of suppliers that accept pay pal and reg credit cards? I have used Health cabin which uses pay pal. When it comes to ordering from abroad would rather use pay pal instead of handing over my financial stuff to a different country. Thanks in advance.

E-Liquid and Electronic Cigarette Shop - Category Listings comes to mind since they're UK-based they can use PayPal, but have a store & ship from CA.
