Hey guys, is your support page having issues? I've tried it the last few days now and I am getting a custom 404 when I click on the support/contact link (tried in both Chrome and IE). I had an error with my order, when I noticed the support site down a few days back I sent in a pm on here but haven't heard back yet.

o, i see the bottom contact us link IS broken, it will be fixed today. sorry for the problem.

I spoke to Justin briefly today he was swamped with all the GG orders. We need like 5 Justins but he is getting it done give him some time.

Hey Caddyman, it's the support/contact link on the right hand pane, it appears after you log in (under Order Overview, Account Information, and Shipping Information). Still broken as of today.

I submitted a pm last week to Justin when I noticed the support site inaccessible and have not heard back yet. I filled out a ticket today with the working link you provided above. I head up an (IT) support team myself, I understand that sometimes you guys can get slammed but over a week without even an acknowledgement is pushing it a bit. Definitely the not the COV I am used to.

gotcha, I am not usually logged in when checking the site. the top and bottom links work fine though. I'll fix that one in the morning. thank you for pointing it out.
