Surefire Vapor Mod - Chi You Clone?

I was just wondering if anyone has seen this new mod that Surefire Vapor is coming out with. It looks a lot like a Chi You and is going to be made here in the USA. All they have right now are renderings of the mod and said it should be released in a few weeks. They also will not say what the retail price is until it is released.

If it has those octagonal rings in production I'll be passing on it. If not, and the connector isn't recessed, and it's reasonably priced, and doesn't require being Facebook friends or wearing out my F5 key to get one I'll likely snatch one up.

Looks about as much like a Chi You as a Chi You look like a GG. I think it's different enough to say that they got their own thing going on.

ive been seeing that around. i personally think those rings ruin the whole look of the mod.

Since they're still renderings, lets all offer them our opinions on those hex nuts on there. I know I don't like the look of it. If it's for some sort of functionality, such as air control, I'd rather it be knurled or slotted in some way. That hex shape cheapens the whole look.

Digging the lion logo though!

EDIT: I just posted on their facebook page. I suggest anyone who thinks that hex ring looks bad should do the same, maybe they'll change it.
