Grats MrsAngelD! Isn't it funny how quickly senses come back? Just wait til taste/smell comes back in, it's an amazing thing and keeps on going. Especially noticing the taste in the center of my tongue changing, makes me pause to analyze each bite and savor it. Was stuffing medjool dates with good feta and wow the contrast and complexities of the flavors was just delightful.

I never thought i would think that smoking stinks. I was a heavy smoker and really in joyed it. I have not smoked for 8 months now and can't stand the smell and i think to my self did i really smell like that and not know it?

i had a cig a day for 10 days after i got my ecig....havent had an analog now in over 2 weeks.....and i was a 2 pack a day smoker....they definately supply the nic...lol....good luck....

Congrats! 24 hours is already a big thing! Next big moment would be 3 days, and after that it will be much easier (my experience)!
