In my short vaping history, the bumps in the road have been minor. It is contagious as I now have my business partner vaping.
He's another PAD guy.
I'm down to 6 or less analogs a day. No rush on getting to zero - it is a journey.
Nicotine, chemicals, habit, lifestyle and probably a couple other factors to "adjust".
The cigs are starting to taste bad -a good reinforcement
