Surprise twist ending about smoking in this video.

This is Derek. He has a channel on YouTube dedicated to Science and Physics. I have been watching his videos for quite some time now. He has no relation to vaping or tobacco but this video has a twist ending about the amount of radiation a smokers lungs are exposed to annually. He has never talked about smoking before and it is really just a side note in the video but it blew me away. The video is about the most radioactive places on earth, enjoy and tell me if you knew. I would love to talk to you guys about this.

I wonder that too but he does say that the radioactivity is from all of the lead and other byproducts of combustion.
