svd is variable wattage? how?

How do I access this feature?????!?!?! ...?!?!?!? NO ONE TOLD ME IT WAS VARIABLE WATTAGE!

I kinda wish I didn't throw away that user manual...

hold the power button and + button for 3 seconds

 

[Train2]

Hold fire button AND + button for a few seconds, and it will switch to VW mode.
Display will sa "Po" for "Power".
To switch back to VV, hold fire button and - button for a few seconds.
Display will say "Vo" for Volts
