The settings don't lock on the vamo but they do on the svd

Yeah I'm loving that part. My eVic is awesome and I love it to death but I would often turn the slider and up or lower the volts. I keep the SVD locked at all times as I'm noticing I often mistake the side buttons for the fire button when I'm not paying attention. It's not a selling point, but it does help a lot.

the only thing i didnt like about the SVD and the reason i didnt get one was pbasardos review of it and now the screen was upside down for a right handed vapor, where he shows how the button placement COULD have been a really cool idea but it ended up failing. i went with the zmax v3 because it have all the same options and functions if not more but using only 1 button and i think the menu style is pretty cool and futuristic vaping tech.

Don't make your decision on looks but instead on performance. The Vamo is VW and comes with a 5 amp switch, so there are two big plusses right there. There are now enough of us using it that it has a good performance track record.

If I have going to get an iTaste model, I would skip the SVD and at least look as their new VW model:

Innokin iTaste VV ( V3.0) Variable Voltage and Variable Wattage Express Kit

While I "mostly " agree with this, there are enough nice mods out there to be able to take the look of the device into account. In the end, just do the research and decide for yourself. It is a great time to be a vaper.
