I got some 28 guage a1 and got the ohms down. I have yet to figure these out. When they are good they are great then next build they are crap! Going back to carto tank. I have 2 clones one is 3.1 and the other is kfl plus. Real happy I didn't pay 175.00 or more for this junk...

Update... After doing the coil and build like this I will be looking for a Russian 91... The Vaping Greek Does The Kayfun 3.1 (with microcoil tutorial)

The first flood/gurgle I had was caused by accidentally having my finger on the air hole and trying to draw. Instant flooding.

I have the Russian 91% and you won't be sorry...really easy and nice vape...big time throat hit!!

Use 28 gage and wrap 8 or 9 times should get you 1.4 to 1.6 ohms.

OP mentioned that the o-rings had moved when he disassembled the KFL+, but he figured that they would go back in place when reassembled. That is true for the tank section o-rings. It is not true for the chimney to top-cap o-ring. It must be seated in the top-cap before that cap is screwed on. That is probably the single most important seal in the whole atty.
