I have carted it - and now looking for some more stuff to add (to justify the $2 additional shipping) ;)
How does it micro coil it in the end though? It says twist but how?
May have to invest in this if this means it micro coils it for you!! Less hassle for me.

Anyone already got one that can shed some light on this?

Made a 2.5id coil it's boomin! Probs the best coil i made so far lol

My coiler. I have mandrels from 1.0 mm to 4.0 mm in 0.1 mm increments and can use 20 gauge to 36 gauge. It provides backwards tension and lateral tension simultaneously.

The best thing about it is that it gives me a place to put vape stickers.

Still have to fire it and squeeze it together. Just helps wind it tighter in the first place.

Sent with no malice and not a whole lot of forethought from my new Galaxy Tab 4. Thanks Santa!

Another coiling alternative...
By: Bronze Concepts
Price: $0.00

Yep, in these past few days I've managed to make decent coils, on a drill bit or a screwdriver too, but...

Bronze....you are 100% correct....but this is a hobby....right????

...Freedogg is right :)

I'm waiting for an electric powered coiler. I mean, we are Americans, right? :)

This one will probably come from the Peoples Republic.

I see what you're saying, but with regulated mods I don't see an issue with added resistance as long as the resistance is stable and repeats.

Correct, it most likely isn't an issue with any mod while using a kanthal coil (mine works perfect with kanthal). The real issue is with Ni200 builds - a variance of .0X is too much and will result in the vape changing far too much and throwing off the DNA40. Mine will even ask if this is a new coil which means the variance is TO MUCH.

I just want a stable circuit from the 510 to the coil while using temperature control mode. I like the idea of the sleeve replacing the spring but still doesn't address my concern of all the connections. For example, a KFL goes from the 510 pin directly to the deck which should be good but you still have to completely wrap the coil leads around the screws to get consistent results.

Another sign the technology is not mature yet. I don't blame Evolv or the RDA/RTA manufacturers. It's just such a minute change of resistance it's going to take complete redesign of the RTA complete with redesign of the build deck. Temperature control is a great idea but isn't mature yet.

Speaking about the V4, just did a very nice 29awg Kanthal A, 2.5mm drill bit 7 wraps build, came out @1.57 Ohms. KGD.
Worked out, that it is best not to oversaturate the wick at priming. So, that the juice does not leave the wick due to gravity:) and go down under. I did some builds today and oversaturetad the wick, and ended up with excessive gurgling and had to wipe the spring chamber.

No torching and squeezing required. It comes out perfect straight out of the coiler and can be put to use right away. Pls checkout this short demonstration:
