vaping is getting popular friends. Tho the connotation is different yet Hailee Steinfeld mentions it in her "You're Such A"

You gonna leap off that fence???? ;)

Not yet... I agree with Stanley (below).

So I'm still waiting to see what the FDA and SM are going to do next.

I think you're right!

Anyone who is a betting man... It's like they absolutely have to release this exact design in a 22mm diameter.

And it's brilliant of them (from a business standpoint) to release under this 19mm size and we all buy it, then release the 22/23mm and we all buy that as well... Haha.

errr...calix?? but i do take your point and there are always some exceptions!!

Err... what about Calix? Looks like another variation (iteration) on the SM design to me. Or am I missing something?

Q, you don't have to fiddle with the JC on a K4 to get to your deck with a full tank:)

Anyhow, I expect a Mini 3 by the end of this week, directly from SM. Not mine, but I'll get to play with it, build it etc. Truth be told, can't wait. Maybe, just maybe, I'll get one for myself.

Lol. Well if you include any device that suspends a coil over a central air hole, however it manages it, as being a derivative of a kayfun then I have to admit your original thesis is correct!

I've been vaping the KF mini V3 now for a little over a week and I'm really enjoying this little RTA. The best part is I have it in a old Red Sky Destroyer DNA 20 mod which I haven't used for years because it wouldn't accept any RTA's greater than 20mm in diameter. It's as if they were made for each other. I tried downloading a picture of it in the mod, that I took with my cell phone, but I keep getting a file to big error.

I rinse my coils then dry burn. I've noticed the coil starting to rust. I'm using kanthal. How clean are you guys able to get your coils when dry burning? I'm able to burn off the crud but still have the rust, I'm starting to be able to taste it. Maybe a switch to nichrome?
I get mine clean by dry burning then brush them off gently with a small soft nylon brush. No water though and there pretty clean
The only time I will introduce water to the Tank is when I am going to completely break it down and clean it and then I remove the Coil and build another prior to reassymbly.
It's my thought that we heat the Wire to the point of which there is no protective coating on it; so yes any moisture could result in rust

Same - except for when I'm running naturally extracted tobacco through the tank... Then a dry burn results in an ashy/actual cigarette flavor for the first part of the next tank after the dry burn/rewick. Hence I'll dry burn and rinse.

Are the batteries for the mod flat, nipple or both?
I purchased the Flat Tops, and I would further recommend Unprotected too...

Cheers, Jim

PS Have a look at the entire line of their vaporizers before deciding on one!!! The Box Models are to die for.

I rinse, dry burn (very slow, gentle pulses), rinse again and rewick. I use Kanthal and never had any rust. But I only dry burn a few times--then I make a new coil. Do you clean your wire before you coil? I use alcohol pads to remove all impurities from the wire. Are you using quality Kanthal? I like Temco--I buy directly from them--good prices and free shipping.
