It's been about 12 days without real ciggies and I'm trying to figure out why I feel as I do! I used to smoke an average of 15 ultra-light ciggies per day when I was smoking. I'm using 11-12 mg. juice in my ecig and am not chain-vaping. I'll pick it up and draw on it maybe 8 times over the course of five minutes every 40 minutes or so.

Do y'all think that it's too much nicotine or not enough that's causing the dizziness and sometimes sweating? I'm often getting a fuzzy feeling in the back of my head, too. Weirdness, lol.

I sometimes feel light headed when I vape too much nicotine, but will suggest that if the symptom keeps up, stop vaping and talk to your doctor about it. In contrary, there was a time that I did not want to take my e-cig with me (fishing: didnt want to get my batteries wet) and decided to try analog cigarette for the first time in 3 months. I felt dizzy and light headed, sweating too... had to put it out lol.

Too much nicotine can cause headache, rapid or irregular heartbeat (which can cause you to feel hot), cold fingertips, lightheaded or yucky feeling.

I leave my ecigs in another room so I don't vape them constantly. Buy some lower nic juice you can use when you are vaping a lot. Obviously if you are vaping extra high nicotine for hit, you can buy a better ecig instead and drop your nicotine and probably get the same hit (like a fat battery model will allow use of hotter LR atomizers and cartos).

What I did was after about 6 weeks of vaping I started working my nicotine down step by step. Now I am low enough that I can vape heavily when I want without over-niccing myself.

it seems like withdrawals...an analog has over 4000 chemicals, and ecig juice has 3 main ingredients ... nic, flavor, and pg vg or a mix....you could be drawing to hard, that might cause dizzyness, but you also might get a mouthful of juice..... your body needs time to adjust..vaping isn't as harmful as smoking.,,.. if you get cravings, then try and increase the nic mg....:)

I would guess if it's the nic, you're getting too much. I vape 12mg and I smoked 1.5 packs a day of something that was far from an Ultra-Light. My wife smoked as much as me of the same brand and everything - she had symptoms like you described on 12mg and dropped to 6mg. She's feeling great with that level.

Hope this helps. :)

Same thing I found. Feel really spacy if I have much nic. Guess it's because my metabolism rate is through the roof. I started on 18mg and felt dozy all the time and my heartrate was erratic 24/7. I only had 1 - 2ml a day back then too.

I dropped to 6 - 10mg after a few weeks and I feel better. I vape a ton less nic now. Nearly all 0mg with occassional 6 - 10mg sessions and it's enough for me. I used to smoke upwards of 20 hand rolled cigs per day so I'm astounded I can take so little nic before I feel lame.

It's strange when I see people vaping 32mg and up and being ok with it. I can't take anything higher than 18mg and I can't take it all day, that's for sure. Guess my tolerance for nicotine is incredibly low by now.

Anecdotal advice can only go so far but that's the score for me. Same feeling, lowered the nic, stopped the feeling.

I think the reason you are getting both answers is because it is not clear when you are having these symptoms. Does this happen right after you vape or is this happening at random times? If it is while you are vaping I would say it is too much nicotine. If it is at random times or throughout the day it would lead me to think it would be detoxing. The symptoms you described sound exactly like I feel when I over do it on the nicotine. Had dinner at a friends house the other night and we were comparing e-liquids; I knew it was time to quit when the sweats started.
One other possible cause is what are you vaping? I have a very similar reaction to Cinnamon, love the flavor, can't stand the feeling, some have a reaction to PG, others VG (less common by far).
Of course I am not a doctor, I just play one on ECF ;) If you are unable to pinpoint the cause by cutting back or changing liguids etc. you may want to see a real doctor.

LOL isoplus. I won't come near that one!!!!

Thanks for all of the suggestions and advice! I think it might be a combination of things, and too much nic is one of them. I cut down on the vaping and the symptoms eased up some, too, but I'm sure a bit of withdrawal and dehydration are factoring into it.

I am really, really tired of the triple-digit heat here in good ole west central Tejas. It's been hell and it wears on you. It helped give me incentive to quit the analogs but it's not making the process any easier! I'm going to order some 6 and 0 mg. juices see if that doesn't help. I'll bet it does!
