Any tobacco shops in Maryland sell real snus - not the marlboro or camel brand - and finally "snus" rhymes with "goose" correct?

congrats on finding a shop so close. I was not so lucky. Well it's a long story but basically Pact makes it so that the usps will not carry tobacco products any longer. Also now we have to pay state and I think federal taxes when we make a purchase online for smokeless tobacco. Also it will be delivered by UPS but it is gonna cost alot more than it used to and an id and signature will be required. The shipping cost can be offset by placing larger orders but there's not much to do about the taxes. I know in my state it's ten percent but in some states it's a lot more. So basically it makes it a royal pain in the .... to order smokeless tobacco online for us and the vendors.

Make sure you call your local retailer there. Even though its listed on the General site, they still may not carry it. Good luck.

BTW, I was lucky. I have a local place that has General. In fact when I called, he said I have some under my lip right now! I was pleased. They had a sample pack for free and I could have walked out with that but bought a can anyway. I've been back once more and got more. I made an order at the end of last month from Sweden and I should be getting all different kinds. I was hoping to take my cans up there and see if the guy wants to sample some of my collection in hopes that he may be encouraged to expand his selection from just General. That would be sweet! I did not order from Sweden what he already carries. I will continue to buy from him.

I have some friends in Baltimore. I've been there alot. I have had very good times in that city. Loads of fun. I miss the city, the food, and my friends. Hey, if I visit again, maybe I'll know were to get snus there if I turn my Baltimore buddies on to it.

Two words: Crab Cakes. I haven't found a place in Tennessee yet that can make a crab cake worth a tinker's damn. Some summer afternoons I think I'd kill for a Baltimore crab cake sandwich.
