Getting back into vaping after a couple years' relapse. Last time around, my flavor-hunt pretty much involved finding a juice that had the least-nastiest aftertaste. juice in the mouth, especially, was a pretty foul experience. I probably tried 20 juices... most were dekang, which was maybe part of the problem. But I got some Johnson Creek, too, which was one of the most well-regarded at that time.
As I get ready to cut the analog cord again, I picked up some Halo and BWB juices... some of the more popular vendors currently. I like Halo Malibu more than any other juice I've vaped, which is odd since I don't really like coconut or pina coladas, nor was I ever a big menthol fan.
I think the thing I like most about it is it had a sweetness to it, like candy. When I got the inevitable blob of juice/condensation in my mouth, it tasted like.... a pina colada dum-dum lollipop. If it weren't infested with poison, I could probably drink it.
. Halo Tiki juice has the same sweetness.
I don't think it's the sweetness from the VG... I think BWB has simlar PG/VG ratio as Halo right? I tried the BWB applewood tobacco and it is not sweet at all. Not that tobacco juice is supposed to be sweet, but if it was coming just from the VG I assume I would taste it. Plus I don't get the sweet taste in Halo's menthol Ice, which has the same base.
SO... for those who have tried Malibu or Tiki Juice, can you recommend another vendor with a "dessert vape"? All of the strawberry, orange, vanilla, etc I tried in the past were just bitter/chemical-ish or with bad aftertaste. Again they were mostly dekang, but I think the bigger issue is that the sweetness was missing from flavors my tongue expects to be sweet -- like fruit.
I've heard Mrs. Ts is good? Other suggestions? Really hoping for a vendor who has sample sizes/packs so I don't have to burn so much more dough on flavor-testing.
