I am really big on my fruit flavors. Sometimes they are just not sweet enough, so I add a bit of cotton candy or Ez-Sweetz. When it's nice a sweet, sometimes I want it to have a bit of a "bite" as well.
Has anyone ever added sweetener and sour flavor(malic acid diluted at 20%) in the same fruit recipe?
