Does anyone, besides me, not use sweeteners in their recipes? Do recipes that call for sweeteners need them?
Thanks for your reply, that's sort of how I was thinking.I haven't.
I bought some Purevia at the grocery because I heard erythritol was a decent sweetener, but it was too sweet for my liking.
I use EM every once in a while, but I don't that counts, I just let the sweeter flavor concentrates do the job.
Another reason not to use them, brought a smile to my face.Actually, I've heard a few folks say sweetener causes asthma-like symptoms when they use them.

Have you tried them yet, I'm curious as to how they turned out.I did but stopped. I never had the headache problem I have drinking sucralose from vaping it but there are other questions about its use.
I recently remade some old recipes that had 2% in them. I left it out figuring it can be added later if needed. I'm also guessing they will need some if I'm remembering right.
I like salt on my eggs, but not sugar in my coffee.Using, or Not Using, Sweeteners in e-Liquids is like putting Salt on Eggs.
Some People like it and use a Little
Some People use a Lot.
And some people Don't use any.
So... How do You Like your Eggs?

i haven't heard as much about sweetener messing with people's guts as much as I heard about some types of VG.any health problems or safety issues when adding sweetener? I know some artificial sweeteners can cause gut issues if used enough over time. Is that a problem when you vape the sweetener as opposed to eating them?
Honestly I would keep a mild one on hand, I keep VTA sugar cane and have needed it maybe 3x at .25%. Usually TFA pear, meringue, or a sweeter cream is enough. Also keep in mind many flavors sweeten with a steep. Meg likes her juices sweet so I've been using some of the Cap "sweet" fruits in her mixes. They are very sweet and useful as an additive at times. I use the sugar cane at 1-1.5% for her; while not my cup of tea doesn't mute like a super sweet does and isn't sickly sweet. Kind of reminds me of sprinkling sugar on my Cheerios. One of the reasons I got into diy was because the premade juices were too sweet for my taste. The sweetener is coming off of my to buy list.
