Lets see.......it was the best of times, it was the worst of times.....no wait, that's been done before.

But still, that is the kind of day it is for me. Super excited and happy that my Grip is out for delivery today, then I get a call that my aunt (who is very much like mother to me) passed away this morning.

She's battled and won against cancer but Alzheimers disease took her life away, she was only 70.

I've cried til my head hurts but doing better now that I've had a chance to think about what this means now. Her pain and suffering has ended, no more torture from that brutal disease. She has been made whole again, she's with her husband and son that she dearly loved and lost, her heart is full of joy this day.

So I'm doing my damndest (is that a word?) to keep that first in my thoughts now, be happy for her, I know that is what she would want me to do.

Now Brutus, gonna give it to you straight here........get a Grip! Really honey, we're getting our GRIPS today!!! :) Today is a good day! Don't get too excited now, you'll be a distracted driver and that is not safe! Save all that built up anticipation and use it when you get to your mailbox and open it.

Then you bust a move, get down and do a jig right there at your mailbox. It will not only be instant relief, it was also be free entertainment for your neighbors! It will make their day too! (I speak from experience here, I did that once. Pulled up in the driveway as the song "long cool woman in black dress" came on and I jump outta my car and danced every which way but loose. Had no idea the neighbors were watching me til the next day when they asked for a repeat)

WIN WIN! :)

So sorry for your loss Tammy and nothing but comforting thoughts your way. I lost a son to the war in Iraq and so understand the pain. Tho scars stay...time does heal all wounds and keep the good times of a loss loved one it will help.

Ma'am, i need to appologize, i didn't read your post before i posted mine. So sorry to hear about your loss. I have lost 3 people that were very close to me to that have had similar battles. Losses like that are the hardest part of life i think. All the best.

Awwww, that is very sweet of you but no need to apologize. Big hugs!!!

And thanks for the kind words, ya'll, appreciate it very much and I'll be fine.

Brutus, please don't tell me that you've never heard the song, Long cool woman in a black dress by the Holleys! Oh mercy, killer guitar beat in it! Take the wax off the floor dancing to it! LOL

Thank you, Gil and honey, my heart goes out to you. Losing my aunt is hard but I can't imagine losing one of my children. Bless you, bless your son, you are both an inspiration.

Down the rabbit hole..
Tammy so sorry you lost your Aunt..my heart goes out to you but keep the good thoughts of her being herself again
...:)..what a great attitude to have!
I hope you're doing a Grip happy dance really soon..:rickroll:

Got in 2 bottom feeder hybrid attys from COV today and tried them on my new and dear Power Feeder Grip and WOW, they are perfect. I had tried 3 or 4 different kinds of cartos and attys and none worked as excellently as this one. I finally have the perfect vaping combo. Thanks Violet for the recommendation.

you're welcome!...so glad they're working for you..I love them on my vvf Grip too...

One of my favorites juices is Morley from Want2Vape. I just got some in and wow. It's so good. It kind of tastes like sitting around a campfire at night. You know that smell that gets in your hair and lingers.Doesn't sound good but it's really good.
I may need another bottle of this.Or 2.

Ma'am, sorry for your loss. Maybe this will make you feel a bit better:

mini1.jpg

The Grip Gods were smiling on me today. The mailman came about 5 hours earlier than usual. My batts aren't due until tomorrow but I got the only 18500 at BatteriesPlus. The guy there kept asking me for a model number. I had to find it myself. You can see the Mini is gonna give me an unusual CLAW! Not sure how the pinky finger will end up. BTW the pic doesn't do the thing justice, she is much sexier in person.

Just a heads up for those of you expecting delivery today: Brad seems to have a sick sense of humor! I think he went and found the strongest industrial tape he could find and he puts plenty of it on the package! It took me back to the 80's and trying to get in those tight jeans you girls were wearing!!! Excitement/frustration/smiling/cussing all at the same time. Be sure and have a sharp object handy.

Perhaps this will help brighten your day, and possibly (but I find it unlikely) help educate Brutus ;)

Yeah I know the song, just picturing that black dress! LOL

Well I made it home without any accidents and now back at work with Reaper. The name fits! Finally got the batt charged and loaded up a carto, OMG is right! The pic below does not do it justice. It is exactly the size, weight, feel and vape I was hoping for. I get to show him off this weekend then off to Bristol for the race next weekend!

............the REAPER.............
