Switch to cargos for Riva 510

I am tired (already) of these little cartridges and want to try cargos on the Riva 510. Being a beginner, questions are 1. Are they hard to fill? 2. Will the Ressurector work on the 3.7 v battery, and 3. Who has the best price? Many thanks.
