So I've been wanting to quit smoking for years now but knew cold turkey would not work, I've tried before but it doesn't take long for me to say "One more wouldn't hurt" then end up right back where I started. I've been smoking Marlboro reds for 16 years now and was up to a pack and a half per day which is becoming way too expensive not to mention making me feel like I'm dying in the morning.

I decided to research a good starter kit for E-cigarettes and went with the Ego-c, CE4 clearomizers, and watermelon 18nic 85pg 15vg e-juice all from myfreedomsmokes. The first couple puffs were pretty good but throughout the day I started getting these really harsh draws that would leave a burning feeling in the back of my throat, or a draw with no flavor at all, or I'd end up with e-juice in my mouth. I changed the clearomizer and that seemed to fix the harsh draws but I still get the no flavor draw if I don't tip the thing upside down before taking a puff which leaves me open for the e-juice in the mouth problem. I'm also not used to taking soft draws, wish I could take a quick hard draw like a real cigarette.

Any suggestions on what I can replace the ce4 clearomizers with that will eliminate the problems above and hopefully not cost too much? Its been 2 days without a cigarette so far but I'm really forcing myself to keep using this thing.

Thanks.

I agree the evod is a good choice or a T3. I like the consistency of bottom fed tanks more personally. I also highly recommend getting a few other juices to add to your arsenal.

Have you ever walked into a room that just reeked? We have a very unique ability to to become tolerate to smells. After a time in that room your perception of the smell will lessen. The same is true for vaping. Having a backup to change up helps greatly.

I've just recently got the Evod and Protanks. They do produce great amounts of vapor, but I have issues with the orings moving out of place. Drives me nut. Not to mention the dentist will be making a fortune if I keep hitting my teeth with the protank... I try to stick with the Vision vivi nova tanks. I've just had more luck with them.

ANY Top coil tank/clearo - You have to constantly tip/twirl to keep the wicks well saturated.
Doing so will produce the same Vape from full tank to empty, but it takes practice.

Simpler solution - Any Bottom coil clearo/Tank
Next problems - will it wick good?
will it flood?

Only when you learn to master what you use will you have a consistent enjoyable vape.

Good Luck:)

If you're getting juice in your mouth, you could check to make sure the silicone "nipple" is on the post correctly. Or you could make sure to blow out the center tube (blow through mouthpiece with the battery disconnected; blow into a napkin to catch juice). I don't know if you have gurgling issues also, but this usually takes care of both issues for me. The only clearo I haven't had a leak with so far is the protank and the vape only BCC. I like the draw of the BCC better though.
Like other have said, with a top coil clearo, you must tip it from time to time, but this shouldn't cause liquid to get into your mouth (unless the post cover isn't on right).

ce4s just have too many common points of failure in my opinion. I do however use them on my passthrough on occasion, they just seem to work real good due to way i recline in my chair when im working.

but yeh like previous posters said if you want to take hard hits and chain vape i would probably suggest a cartotank.
