I'm one of the people who suggested you buy locally over buying from US retailers. BUt I'm afraid your expectations and strategy are most likely going to lead to disappointment.
Please keep in mind there is no local to me store, I'm out of town for Thanksgiving, so this is my one chance to stock up.
You are frantically trying to buy everything you need in one go while you are coming from very low powered setups like cigalikes. It's not realistic that what you buy on your trip is going to work for you right of the bat. You may not even like what you get! You need time to adjust to a whole new system and a whole new style of vaping before you go out and just buy a bunch of stuff. No matter which you buy, today's systems are much more high powered. You're vaping at no more than 7 watts on a cigalike and that's at full battery charge (the claim that cigalikes are "regulated" is 90% bunk. they are only regulated in that they have circuitry to not go below a certain voltage. Other than that, there is no regulation as we have come to know regulated vaping today. the couple cigalike brands that claim they are regulated to output a full 4.2 volts are lying you and that doesn't take into consideration voltage drop. I know, because i have tested them). With a new mod/tank system, you will need to vape most likely at at least 12W but probably a little higher. And the vape is going to be very different because the coil and wick are going to be very different from what you are used to.
Since you can't easily access a local store, you need to get something on Thanksgiving, figure out what you like the buy from Chinese retailers.
18650 or integrated mod?
First thing you need to figure out is if you want a mod with an integrated battery or a mod where you can replace 18650 batteries. Battery safety is something you need to learn about if you want a mod with replaceable battery (it's not hard since you're using regulated mods), but the downside to integrated battery mods is that the mod will only last as long as the battery has life. Once that battery is dead the mod is useless. This could take many years or it could only take 1-2 years.
If you want an 18650 replaceable battery mod, get an innokin Kroma-R mod or Z80 mod with a Zenith, Zenith II or Zlide tank. I would stay away from Zenith Pro since I hear that was made more for restricted direct lung vaping. You need an MTL tank since you are a cigalike user. Just realize that the draw on an modern MTL tank isn't going to be anything like what you get on a cigalike. You'll have to learn to live with that. But the Zenith, Zenith II and Zlide tanks are probably the most loved Innokin MTL tanks out there.
Don't worry about these high wattages you see on these mods. These mods will vape at MUCH lower wattages. Those are just the maximum wattages the mod will output.
If you insist on an integrated battery mod there's the Innokin Endura line. Some are tube shaped while others are box-ish shaped. These don't take the same coils as the above tanks.
Coils
As far as coils, well, the ZLie and Zenith tanks above tanks take the Z-coil. They will come with a couple different ones, but there are a few others Innokin makes in different resistances. Since you don't have easy access to a local vape shop, it's not realistic to just buy everything you need in one go at this point because you are buying new stuff. You need to figure out which coils you like before you go and buy a bunch of coils. the most popular Z-coils that MTL vapers seem to like when using the above tanks are the 0.8, 1.2 and 1.6 ohm coils. Anything lower than that probably won't be a good fit for you. But no one can really say "just buy 50 packs of {X} ohm coil and you'll love it. You have to decide and you can only do that by using the coils.
The endura line will have different resistances and produce a different vape to a degree. But the same applies, you should not be buying a whole bunch of coils at this point until you figure out what's you like.
