I bought it from Varitube.com. They also are North Ameria's service center for Yihi.

I'm using Windows 7 64 Pro and my drivers are up to date.

Make sure the device is in "link" mode then plug it in.

I did. Also my usb device drivers are up to date.

Local Vape Shop -----Might be simple.may need eyes on here.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.
