I have had some issues getting Lemo2 tanks to wick well enough for the machine to think the coil was wet in TC mode. I never figured out why, because I have pretty well given up TC as more effort than it is worth. I use 30/70 or 20/80 juice, though, and Lemos are famous for needing a mod to wick juice that thick. It works like the bomb in regular old wattage mode, including with my Lemos. I use mine every day; it's my car mod.

Right behind you...
Biggest issue with the SXM is the paint, so budget for a sleeve or wrap. Second biggest issue is the fiddly battery cap. Very few reported failures/DOAs, almost no reported problems with the 510 or buttons, same with the display. It's a solid device.

@suprtrkr The Lemo series is just bad for TC builds mate. Try it with a better tank (a plethora of them out there now), and try it with Ti or SS, you may find TC is worth it again.

Yah? Thanks! I have a couple Foggers-- two V6s and two V4s if memory serves-- I could have a smack at it with, if I ever try it again.

I have 2 Lemo2's and two clones (stamped "Lemo3"), while many hate the tank I've have very little if any issues and run %100VG most of the time. (I've stuffed dual Ni200 and Ti coils in the Lemo2 too)

Then again, while the SXminiM is capable of +50J (I forget off the top of my head) I rarely use more than 25-30J and more often than not in the 15-25J range.

    *** back on topic ***

The YiHi "Dry Coil" detection feature is very frustrating for some users. While on many of my builds I can set off the detection by simply hitting fire for a 3-5 seconds (without drawing on the drip tip) it is also fairly easy to trigger the detection by turning the joules up higher than the installed wicking can handle. (+50J with Powerfull+ will almost always trigger "dry coil" for me on my builds)

After 90days use before it failed I returned it looking like it came out of the box, no paint issues what so ever. It is a very sturdy and reliable mod.

WARNING: Don't drop it on your toe!

Narry a problem. TC works great if you update the device and can build properly.
3 months old and looks like new.
Battery cap could have been thought out better, but even with one good hand, it is live-able. Battery Can be charged in mod if needed.

If a Tank won't work on TC the tank is acting quirky.
