The Supbox by SXK is a retractable box mod, compact, ergonomic and resistant, adopts a creative design. Its peculiarity is that it is compatible with all accessories for the Billet Box, it can accommodate the Boro tank (including all its atomizers), VapeSnail, Bantam tank, and any other atomizer up to a diameter of 24mm.

If necessary, it can take on 5 different aspects: pod mode, RTA / RDA mode, 18650 mode, 18350 mode.
So the SXK Supbox wants to be a universal product, suitable for both new and old vapers.

Available in two different colors: Full Black and Black & Yellow, but it is possible to customize it with the various additional houses of different colors (Red, Blue & Orange).

Another possible aesthetic customization is to be able to buy separately some Battery-Tubes with different style workings.

The Supbox is available with both Sevo 70w circuit and DNA 60 and can also be recharged via USB cable.

Once the cellophane is removed, the SXK Supbox packaging is kept closed by a yellow sleeve (I received the Black & Yellow sample), on the front side the mod is depicted in addition to the brand name and that of the device.

On the back are the specifications, the content, the social icons of SXK / Sacowin (Sac), the warnings and the inevitable logos & brands.

The Supbox including the Sleeve is mainly built in shock-resistant ABS and finely wrinkled to the touch. Some details are in metal: the bottom of the mod around the display, the battery-tube and its closing cap.

With a weight of 146g it cannot be said that it is a very light mono-battery, but I do not even feel like saying that it is too heavy, however in the hand it feels balanced and grips well.

Its form factor is particular; narrow on the back, slightly indented in the center and rather wide on the front; this in order to accommodate the 5ml Boro-Tank and the other accessories of the Billet-Box.

On the side we find the Micro-USB socket with 2A charging, above there is the plate that says "Supbox". Another decorative element is composed of the three lines in relief that give a good grip, embrace a part of the side panels and the back of the mod.

At the front we can see the section with increased size, the wide transparency of the tank, the silicone cap for a comfortable refill and the slightly protruding metal fire button.

The Sleeve of the pod version has a steel bracelet with two holes of different diameters, the larger one serves as a connection base between the cap and the Battery-Tube, while the smaller one that houses the Drip-tip and its adapter with base knurled is threaded and serves to keep Boro-Tank and its chimney in guide.

The other Sleeve is held to the Mod only by the battery-cap, equally effectively. At the front, the sleeve has a diagonal cut design, the resulting oval hole (I really like it) houses atomizers up to 24mm in diameter and effectively protects the glass tanks.

The steel Battery-Tube is threaded directly to the Mod, the 18650 battery must be turned with the negative pole down.
The mod is transformable from 18650 to 18350, unfortunately the shortest Battery-Tube was not sent to me.
Various battery-tubes will soon be available with different aesthetic processes for both 18650 and 18350.

The bottom of the Mod has a steel base, the up / down adjustment keys are in a slightly recessed and protected position, on the 0.96 "monochrome screen it is possible to read information such as: ohm value, volts, graphic level of battery charge , set power, vaping mode and total number of puffs.

The supplied Boro-Tank has a specific chimney to adapt to Smok's RPM coils, contains up to 5ml of liquid and the refill is carried out comfortably at the high.

The two coils supplied, Mesh Coil RPM 0,6Ω range 20-25W and Mesh Coil RPM 1,1Ω range 10-15W, I do not consider them suitable for the type of Puff (airy) that this combination offers, I found myself very well with the 0.4Ω RPM (not supplied).

The extensive catalog of RPM-Coil Smok offers various choice opportunities including an RBA base.

In the cup the pin 510 is provided with an adapter for Boro-Tank, by removing it it is possible to screw any atomizer up to 24mm in diameter, for the shorter atomizers a heat sink is available in the kit that is able to raise their profile (1cm).

How the Mod works:
The Sevo 70 Chipset offers three different delivery modes (VW, Bypass, TC) it has a range of use in VW from 1 to 70W with an increase / decrease of 0.1W at a time.
- Five clicks to turn the mod on / off.
- To block the wattage press the Up / Down buttons together.
- To access the main selection menu, press the Down / fire buttons together, to change the vaping mode, click three times on the fire button.
- To navigate the menu use the Up and Down buttons, to access the settings press Fire, to confirm and exit press the fire button three times again.
- To adjust the Wattage in TC mode, press the fire button twice and use Up / Down to select.
- TCR and setting mode: from the TC menu press the Up / fire keys together and use Up / Down for selection.

Final conclusions.

An inconvenience found concerns the thread of the battery cap which is not properly sliding and tends to stick, I'm sure this is a pre-series problem and will be solved.

I also confirm what has already been said about the installation of Boro-Tank, it is necessary to be careful and tighten well to avoid incorrect readings of the coil with consequent burning of the cotton.

However, in principle I agree with those who preceded me in the review, the finishes are very good and the weight is by no means excessive when compared to some competitors built entirely of steel, is confortablel despite the 31mm of the front side.

Supbox SXK The great strength is the possibility of being able to use it with the components of the Billet, with any atomizer up to 24mm in diameter, or with one of the many aesthetic or technical details available as spare parts.

For pure MTL maniacs, the short Battery-Tube for the 18350 will soon be available as well as a version of the Supbox with DNA60 circuit!
The Sevo 70 circuit is quite rich in features, manages the battery well and is also equipped with a customizable delivery curve for the most geeks.

I am very satisfied with this product, for what it offers and for the various upgrades that its accessories will be able to give it.

Excellent and very thorough review mate.

I have a couple Aspire Mixx SbS's that I totally love.

The Supbox is on my list. I'll likely get the DNA60 version.
