Syringe that can stand up to citrus flavourings

I've been using B-D disposable syringes and they are only good for one use, then they seize.
I'm looking for a 1 ml. Would an older glass syringe maybe work better?

I use plastic syringes for filling and mixing and one of the first things that i discovered was to leave a bit of air between the needle receptical and the plunger after I'm done using it...or remove the plunger completely. Not sure if this will help any, but it's worth a shot.

Go bigger with plastic syringes they last longer. Or remember after cleaning to dip the plunger in pg it helps keep the plunger lubricated and moist. Heat degrades plastic so when at all possible do not clean in extremely hot water and use alcohol to sterilize ( after alcohol use pg to lubricate)

Hi, thanks for the tips.
The problem I'm having is that as soon as I empty the syringe, it is seized. I have tried pushing it out with a drill bit and cleaning and lubricating it, but it just seizes again right away.
I think the rubber is being attacked. Maybe I just got a couple of crappy ones.
