T-Rex Battery Instructions

Does anyone here know what the charging instructions are with a new T-Rex 1100mah battery? For example: How long should I charge the first time. etc

Mine did not come with instructions. I chaged it 8 hours the first time even though the light was green. It keeps a charge for about 10 to 12 hours. Hope that helps.

Just charge till the light is green and you'll be fine. New they should have some charge. Shouldn't take very long.

Mine came today. I put both on chargers, but they were both fully charged when I got them. YAY!

How come my T-Rex battery has been charging for the last 4 hours but the light hasn't turned green yet? It wasn't even dead when i put it in the charger.

Try unplugging it first from the usb end and then unscrew the battery, then screw battery back on then plug usb in and see if that works.

As soon as I posted that the light turned green...lol.

I notice that theres a safety feature of some kind on the TRex. It blinks a bunch of times when I took too long a drag but I couldn't get it to happen again. Any idea why this is happening and what it means?

I think that its a safety cut off. When you hold the button on too long it flashes.

It seems like it has to do with heat somehow. I tried a cartomizer and there was no cut off. When I used it with an atty it did cut off as soon as it got too hot...interesting.
