Nice vid. I also ordered a T tip but in the delrin material.

I really wanted a SS T tip but was concerned about heat transfer. I have a Tornado like you and found that the cone got kinda warm during a heavy vaping session. I imagine a metal T tip being in contact with the atty would heat up even more.

Anyone using the metal T tips, whether aluminum or SS, find it getting uncomfortable on the lips?

I have T tips in aluminum and yes, they will get warm (not too hot, though). This is because aluminum is an excellent conductor of heat, which is why many heatsinks are made of aluminum. Stainless Steel, however, isn't nearly as good at transferring heat, therefore, it would be my guess that the SS T tips wouldn't get hot nearly as fast as an aluminum one.

I've been using my stainless T-Tips for well over a week at 5v and haven't noticed any heat from them. I have the shorties.

Edit: I hit reply too soon. I also meant to say that was a nice video! :)

Thanks for the quick answers. The SS tip I'll order now will look great on the chuck I'm gonna get.
