Antfuzz, you're probably right but I haven't tried removing it. I noticed it with this new tube, so I decided it wasn't likely to be the issue.

So, the new tube has been a huge improvement. Not only is the airway remaining completely clear, the entire vaping experience is way better! Warmer vape, better flavor. I took zipper's advice and took out one of the queen wicks and flipped the cap back down like it was. I don't know how much of the improvement is due to the lesser wicks and how much is due to the better tube, but I'm really happy so far. It's kinda like an uber phoenix :D

Thanks for the help, as always! If I come across any issues or if my old issues come back, I'll update you all.

Looking forward to the mini!

Chris, will you guys be carrying the new Vision Nano anytime soon?

I have the same issue with my new t3 constantly flooding mouthpiece, drinking juice like a straw after 4 hits, noticed if I blow through it with tank off all to clear the tune, all the juice comes out the Mouthpiece.. must be a bad seal up there! Wish there was a fix for it, guess I need to contact vendor bout a new tube or get one. Cause the vape and flavor are great for 4 pulls then it floods.

Someone in another thread on the T3 suggested removing one of the two wicks that lay on top of the coils. I tried that and it made a big difference. They are so small that I had my doubts but it did work. It made the flavor and hits much more consistent.
I always remove one of them now and keep them for spares if needed down the road.

Well sweety. I have done some homework on these, and have come to the personal conclusion that flipping the cup upside down, does nothing. The reason is simple, when the cup is seated firmly, it barley makes contact with the wicks, and I do mean barley..:

Im having a hard time swallowing the cup is at fault here. BUT I do know one thing for sure, if you flip the cup, and you dont get it completely seal around the top air tube, it will pinch when you tighten down the coil base, and leak all over the place..

You really have to work hard to get it to fit just right, as the bottom of the top air tube has a lip around it. I know some will disagree with me, and that is fine. Whatever works for you, is correct ALL OF THE TIME. I think removing a strand of flavor wick, or even subbing out for a single larger one, to fine tune for juice viscosity, is a much better option than trying to flip this cup...

I agree.
I tried cup up and cup down (origional position), 2mm wicks and 1.5mm wicks.
So far what is working best for ME (your mileage may vary folks) is with the cup seal in its origional down position, a single 2mm "flavor" wick with one strand removed.

Don't get me wrong here, but I think this is an inherent issue with the T3's. But, I will continue to use them as my main device. I have moved to cotton wicks but still get some gurgling when I get just below the "cup". Hope they can find a fix for this but won't stop me from using them! So far the only fix for me has been to "spin it up":2c:

I think I have found the correct wick size to replace the top "flavor" wicks. .6mm is the ticket..

For those who really like the factory performance, that is...

Not yet my friend. My lungs and throat feel like a well used chimney right now, thanx to this stupid cold/flu..

I have noticed a flavor loss with the 2mm wicking. It only happens when chain vaping though.
I dont think the 2mm is "wicking" fast enough..

These Kangers, when brand new, vape just beautiful. My goal is to replicate, even after a tear down and cleaning.

It boils down to juice viscosity IMO. Fine tuning a product that fits your particular vaping habit and juice combination to perfection, will always be needed.

Sorry to hear you're not feeling well. I hope you get back to 100% soon!

I understand the efforts to fine tune and agree that the oem configuration is excellent.
I've been playing around with the 1.5mm and 2mm wicks and so far my best results are with 2mm with one strand removed, but while acceptable, there is room for improvement.

When you get a chance to try those new wicks out, let us know.

Thanx Guy's, Ya'll are the best...
I tried to take a small vape a little while ago, and nearly blacked out. It's not the throat, its the lungs. If I take too deep of a breath, I start caughing my head off. Little normal breaths are ok, as long its fresh air.

I'm really bummed. Was looking so forward to trying out the smaller wicking in them Kangers...

If you haven't been yet Zippy...GO TO THE DOCTOR PLEASE !!!

Few years ago I had it like that in the lungs and it was bronchial pneumonia. I argued with the doctor to just take meds cuz he was ready to admit me to the hospital because of it. That's nothing to mess with babes  Took me awhile before I got cleared of that too. My cold had settled in nicely filling my lungs :(
