I'm getting into mixing my own juice and I find that I have a tendency to.. knock things over.
It's not that I'm awkward so much.. it's just that my hands are quite large.
I'm just a real big guy.. 6"5" and 235lbs.. and this is why I favor large mods.

This is problematic with working with small bottles and measuring tools.. and you would laugh at my attempts to rebuild coils.

I saw on a youtube video where this guy was mixing e-juice and he had this round tray with what looked like foam rubber with cut outs to hold bottles. There sat all his bottles firmly planted on the table while he worked with them.. I could really use something like that.

Any ideas on where to get something like that?
If not, then I might make something out of wood.

I saw that video of the foam in the tin lid thingy also....been pondering making that and found these mixing stations here...sold out of all but the big one but a great idea.

DIY Mixing Stations

Hey.. I'm glad someone else saw that video.. I couldn't find it again when I went back to look for it. Those that you linked look pretty good though.. and it figures they sell out on them.. but just looking at the picture, I do think I could make one like that.

Thanks :)

A friend of mine mixes, he took a good size cookie tin and 5 bottles, rubbed them.in vaseline, than stuck them.in the tin with about an inch of plastidip. Once.it hardend, removed it and.now.has a grippy round.rubber peice to hold things

sent from the s4 of DOOOM

Now that's not bad either.. plastidip sounds like something an arts & crafts store would carry.

I've thought of making something like this out of a box that was bottle sized. I've seen some test tube racks on Amazon that would work well and pretty cheap.

This one is from Nude Nicotine http://nudenicotine.com/product/conical-vial-rack-plasti-coated-cardboard/

I do know what video you're talking about. He mentioned in the comments that it was packing foam, cut with a hot wire(Soldering iron with different attachment??)

He mentioned the tins were from a hobby store. I've tried looking for "packing" foam, but can't really find what that guy was using.

Well I've been burning up Google looking at these ideas..

I found this today at FastTech..

$10.22 Acrylic 24 Hole Display Stand for E-Cigarette - each hole size: 24mm at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
also
$15.54 Acrylic 3-Tier 72-Hole Display Stand for E-Cigarette - each hole size: 16mm at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
might order a couple of these to look at.

these things come in many sizes.. I just wonder how stable they are.
I really did like the looks of those foam ones in the video, but I'm not sure how to go about cutting holes with a hot wire.

I'm glad I'm not the only one with knocking over bottle syndrome :)
