If Amazon, Walmart, Dell and all the rest of the internet retailers, including my bank--ESPECIALLY my bank--had customer service like MVS the world would be a much better place; full of happy, smiling, customers spreading peace, love and joy throughout the land. Okay, that's a little over-the-top, but not by much.
I've make mistakes on orders by clicking through the check-out too fast and then, when I noticed it almost a day later and emailed them about it, MVS--h/t Sarah--corrected them without an eye blink instead of pointing out that the mistake was mine and there was nothing they could do. HUH? Let me catch my breath, I wasn't ready for that.
MVS customer service has done more to restore my faith in humanity, my trust in my fellow man and my hope for the future than all the promises in all the ads on all the TVs in all the land. Okay, over-the-top again, but, as I said, not by much.
