Good afternoon everyone,

I own one of the Volt Twists and an X2 from Smokeless Image and have been using their T3 Clearomizers for several months now and have been mostly happy with the results but there have been a couple of issues that I've been having and I'm looking for other options that might correct these issues.

1. The T3s produce a burning taste at anything past 4.0-4.3 for me. I want something that I can push up to 4.8 should I want.
2. I'm looking for a clearomizer that uses pyrex instead of plastic.
3. The flavor degrades fairly quickly in the T3s. It's better than their CE3s or a cartomizer, but after a week or two of use the flavor changes and usually for the worse.
4. This is a bit of a long shot, but is there a type of tank where I don't have to keep replacing the heads/wicking?

While I'd prefer to keep with 808 threaded products, I am not opposed to buying an adapter. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I want the same thing, but there is not a clearo that will take the higher volts, wish there was, I have just ordered 808 tanks so can use the higher voltage on my DAV, but they are still plastic though, you can either go with 808 tanks from V4L or you would need to get a adapter and then you will have a lot more choice.

Thanks for the feedback and I'll take a look at the tanks your referenced. Just a question if you (or someone else) knows, but does using an adapter adversely affect battery life? Another random question is if I get a coil with a lower resistance (for example the T3 heads I have are 2.4) does that mean that I'll get equivalent vape but using less battery power?

As just getting into tanks, I am not very knowledge on this stuff, you may get better responses posting that sort of thing in the general area, as only a few 808 people look here, on the extra carto's I ordered with my tanks, I ordered dual coil 2ohm resistance, that was the middle choice and what actually comes with the tanks, so thought it was the best bet, sorry couldn't be more help.

I crank my kanger protank clearomizer up to 4.8 with no burnt taste. granted mine is fairly new. and its pyrex. i have an ego c twist. just bought another protank and a vision spinner vv just in case:) i love my protank. you still have to replace the atomizer head with the wick built into it every 2-4 weeks but it is really easy.
