tank for a 510 eGo style setup?

i completely hearts my t-rex 510 setup. i use the 1100mAh batteries and it fits perfectly in my scrub pockets at work, so i can stealth vape. i enjoy the cartos...ok..but that i have to baby them and be really careful, because...i guess i go through them pretty quick, even at work. so i am asking for suggestions and opinions..
is it possible to get a tank setup that would fit this and not be 'fat'? [don't want to mess with sexy lol]
if tilted, do they leak?
i place it in my front pockets while at work and they tend to tilt or lay on its side---is this a worry? if so, i guess i could only use it in open situations such as the car or home.
what would YOU recommend?

take a look at GotVapes.com Vision starburst or something like that. They're only about 1.5mL, but really easy to fill. JMHO

thanks! that is exactly the thinness that i was hoping for---do you know if they will leak? that could be a huge if it did, especially at work lol
