Here "510" is Joye 510, the slim model. If you have a B tank you must have Ego or Riva etc tank system? A fat battery model?

You can get replacement soft doors at Cignot.com if that will help

And I think (not sure) that people get best results filling with syringe through the hole the spike put in the tank.

Also - the tank atomizer wick may need to be adjusted somewhere between burning taste and leaking. Search Youtube for Ego-T wick

And 100% PG liquid is thinnest and may be more prone to leaking. Try liquids that are PG w/ 20-30% VG

I don't use them. I also recommend you buy some cartomizers and start with Boge 510 (3 ohm are not very warmand easier to learn on, 2 ohm is hotter and uses charge faster). learn to use the cartomizers and then no matter what happens with your attys you will always have a way to vape.

I have the type b ego-t and i had so many leaking issues that i was just about done with them. I got soft replacement caps and pre-punched the hole in the bottom so the spike in the atty did not tear the opening. I learned how to punch the hole from a guy on youtube, i just searched under ego-t leaks. I also switched to a 60pg 40vg custom blend for most of my liquid, but also use a lot of high caliber 50/50 and still wicks fine with no leaks. If you resolve your leaking issues like i did and everybody else should you will have a wonderful vaping expierience with the ego-t. I was messing with my attys when i saw how bad it was leaking, but found out quick that if the wick is just about flush with the top of the spike it will be fine. The pre-punched caps seal tight, so i dont even have problems with pure pg, but with thicker juice it is even more insurance that i can have a strong draw and get clouds of vapor with very little tinkering. Also make sure you blow out your attys each time you refill, extra fluid in the atty is normal, just dont run it dry.
