I just called Vaporescence about my cracked tubes. I spoke to Will, and he was extremely helpful! He can't really figure it out either. He is sending me 2 new tubes and a sample of their banana juice to see if a new tube will react the same way. If their juice doesn't crack the tube, he wants me to send them a sample of my DIY banana so they can analyze it. I had my tracking # before we got off the phone!!

I have read about bad customer service and delayed orders from this company, but I firmly disagree that this is the case. Instead of possibly wasting your time trying to email or post on their Facebook page, you may need to get up out of your computer chair(yes, actually get up), pick up the phone and give them a call the old fashioned way! They are busy people, and really want to make everyone happy.

I will post further on this, he said to keep vaping the tubes with a hairline cracks at a low level until they are no longer usable. I ordered 3, so I still have 1 new tube left.

Please keep us posted my4jewels, I know you was so excited to get it and bummer that it happened to you.

While that is great to hear that they answer the phone. But, they should not list email as a contact if they are not gonna answer emails. A lot of people like a record of what was said back and forth. Just my 2 cents.

Same with a facebook page. If you are not going to respond to posts don't have one.

I saw these and thought about it. Let us know how well it works. Personally, I've found cleaning cartos to not be worth the effort, but if this kit works I might have to give it a shot.

I'm on day 4-6, can't remember which, I posted a page or two/three/four. It's starting to tighten up a bit now, so I'll probably toss it later today.

I think you get better results if you put the battery end into the tubing. That way you are pulling *insert here* hot water/cold water/vodka/whatever you use thru then back out. If you pull water thru then push it back out it's help to NOT pack the carto filler. I think otherwise you'd just be compacting the filler.

I had some 1.25 ohm DC cartos laying around, and took a whack at punching a hole in a couple of them.

The first works great, the second leaks if I vape it too long. I suppose I went too far in...

If you are a 3.7 vaper like me, I would suggest giving the 1.25 DCs a shot.
It's the filler in the DC's.... Seems as though they are a tad inconsistent with the way they absorb the liquid... Some seem to wick well, others seem to wick much to much... It's a crap shoot with DC cartos in a tank...

Just sent vaporessence an email. I like the liquidnator..no leaks. However just after one refill on my 3ml tank a crack appeared this morning from the top to about half way down. I'm using it on my provari at 4.5 volts on one of thier regular boge cartos. It is hot outside in the desert today 100+ but i have been inside all day. Do the rubber end stops expand in the heat i wonder?

I just got my SS tank and it's working fine. The cartos are a snug fit and there haven't been any leaks. Even though I have a bunch of DC's from another vendor, I ordered some of vaporescence's pre-cut DC's. The unit with the pre-cuts work fine, but the flavor seems a bit muted. I tried punching holes in some of the other DC's because the flavor tastes better, but it resulted in an extremely tight draw. Am I doing something wrong here?

EDIT: I just took it apart and it leaked out of the connector end. I'm guessing that I probably punched one too many holes. For those that have been successful in punching their own cartos, how many holes do you punch and how large do you punch them?

Man, with all these cracking tanks and my lack of a liquinator after 10 days, I'm starting to regret my purchase. I guess I should have gotten a J-tank.

I was just to say that... What is going on with the tanks... Wonder is the demand is to great to keep up with the poly and forcing them to use acrylic instead?

Just curious, what kind of juice were you vaping? I attribute my cracks to my banana juice because there was no other reason for mine to crack.

Well, my only thought is that the V2 tanks are suppose to be made out of near indestructible... Here, right off the site...
"Here They Are! The Wait is OVER! The "Original" ~Vape-O-Matic Liquinator~ Now available in Stainless Steel and Aluminum with Virtually Unbreakable Polycarbonate Tanks"

Doesn't seem to hold up to the description...

This is odd, I wonder if it has to do with larger O-rings or too much of a snug fit? When I was doing the MAP tank thing and they switched to Polycarbonate, I had one of the older tubes and it cracked so they sent me a new poly tube but I still had some of the larger end caps and when I put the caps in it was really hard to get them in but they went, then 2 days later the crack started to appear. Bruce couldn't believe it but he sent me an entire replacement including the new end caps when I mentioned that might be the reason?

Just a thought and my 2cents and I've had mine for about 2 months I think before they switched to the new O-rings for a snugger fit but again don't know if the bigger O-ring was just for the steel and aluminum or all of them?

I've been vaping atomic cinnacide 80/20 24mg. I am aware of the comments on cinnamon and i had the foresight to order a couple of spare tubes. I was hoping the "new" tube material might be more resistant.

What seems peculiar to me though is the fact the crack started at the top of the tube, not the bottom where its in contact with the juice all the time. I'm still wondering if the stopper material expands with heat ever so slightly. imo that may put pressure on the edge enough to start a crack?
