I would also like to give them a nice shout out. I ordered 2 extra sets o-rings and received them. In the package there were 4 outter rings, but for the inners, there were 3 sets (x2) each set a different size... VERY NICE. Now your able to customize how tight you want your cartomizer to fit in the tank. Not sure if they are doing this when you order a tank, but I HIGHLY recommend picking up an extra set or two to have on hand or to fix any problematic tanks that someone might have.

Chief, do you know if they all fit phat and bft tanks? Do you know the sizes? Thanks.

Concerning the customer service:

MANY pages back, I posted my experiences with a botched order. In summary, e-mail to sales@vaporescence.com went unanswered. I e-mailed James at Vaporescence@live.com and he corrected the issue promptly to my satisfaction.

It's my opinion that a vendor who will solicit sales online and complete sales online should be prepared to provide prompt, consistent service online. It is NOT my opinion that they're not trying to do this. It IS my opinion that they could be doing it better.

I give them props for offering up phone numbers for people that want to use them. People who don't want to call in to have questions answered and issues resolved are not being unreasonable.

They should do away with the e-mail accounts that aren't going to be actively read and utilized.

Good vendor. Good customer service. Some rough spots to be ironed out.

Well put. This is exactly what I tried to say earlier on.

$70? I have the Stainless Steel full tank which was $45 when I ordered. Am I missing something?

I also am not understanding the issues with ordering time and communication as I personally have had no problems (I have placed two separate orders for tanks).

I have received my tanks in less than a week both times I ordered (my latest order, the stainless steel variety complete tank with an aluminum drip tip for a total of $60 after taxes and shipping costs, I called on the phone rather than the website on a Friday around 5 PM central time and received it in the mail 5 days later, Tuesday using the USPS priority ($5) shipping option).

Maybe there are supply issues going on, perhaps there are issues with the website, or perhaps there are tie ups with the credit card / payment system (there have been alot of hacks going on lately in the financial world). I dont know.

What I do know is, while these guys 'could' respond to an email, personally, I am glad they have a phone number. On two separate occasions I needed to call for assistance with wicking and got the assistance I needed immediately after calling.

Without a phone number, I would be in the same situation I am currently in with a recent batch of e-liquid I ordered that tastes like old tires. I cant get any assistance or customer service as the supplier has not responded to several emails I have sent.

So, in closing, dont be lazy and dont bad mouth the supplier until you have made every effort to contact them.

These guys prefer the personal phone touch. Other suppliers prefer facebook, others an email, and others even still a PM on their own website.

Being antisocial is no excuse.

Im sorry if this comes across as blunt or harsh, it is not intended to be.

I believe very strongly in the product and while maybe they should not list facebook or email as an option for contacting them if they are slow to respond, I think it is a bit unfair to badmouth them when you have not simply called them.

Now, maybe their is a valid complaint regarding having to potentially pay long distance phone charges but in this day and age, there are options for not having to pay long distance. Google talk with a VOIP number is one such option (I would find it hard to believe that an ecig smoker who is on the forums doesnt know about VOIP). And of course, if you have a cell phone (I suppose it would be to much to assume as much), you dont pay long distance fees in the first place.

And yes, my tanks are awesome (both the delrin and stainless steel versions) and yes, I forever am having trouble getting the damned atties to wick correctly (it takes alot of fiddling to get them to wick initially). Once they are however, the atty is good for about 3 weeks.

For convenience, here are two phone numbers for them.

Well, as I said, these guys have phone numbers. Call them, they will fix it.

So, yea, they are very busy. They probably arent sitting in front of a computer during the day.

Remember, these guys have a storefront to run.

Besides, I wonder what their phone bill is like every month... It cant be cheap.

Anyone can have a Facebook page and an email address, but a phone number and 2 storefronts is pretty expensive when you consider these guys are selling ecig stuff.

Utilize every tool you can. Talk to em. They are nice people and most importantly, they wont eat you.

Unfortunately I don't know the sizes, I can however offer my thoughts... Seeing that they are using the same cartos I would have to assume that they would fit ALL of there thanks.. I also would think that the outer rings might be a difference in size, so if you order them, make sure you add in the comment box before conferming the order what type tank they are for.

I don't own a Liquinator. Call me crazy but a comment made way back in this thread about how this vendor feels about comments made by people at ECF is enough to make me stay away from their products. The Lava Tank works very well, thank you.

I hear ya. You planning on getting the Depth Charge too?

I'm having a problem. I bought these Smok Tek 3.0 cartos. I put the dremel cuts in 5 just like I always do. I use them in the 3ml Liquinator on the Provari as I always did with the Boges and they taste burnt. I tried just an uncut carto without the Liquinator and it tastes burnt. I tried 4.5 - 5.2V and no difference. Don't they wick well enough to keep up or what? I'm bummed.

As always, any help is appreciated.
