Tank ohms

Just received a volcano Inferno today as my first set up. I'm looking for some extra tanks, and found some 1.6-2.0 ohms at a good price.
volcano recommend using 1.5 ohms, and I'm wondering if that makes a difference, if so could someone recommend where to buy 1.5 ohm/3.5 ml tanks?

Thanks, are the cartomizers interchangeable so that I could buy the cheaper tanks and put in the cartomizers I already have?
