Hey vape fam, just wanted to know how many of you guys are running sub ohm tanks on a mech mod. Is it a good experience? Should I get .5 or .2 ohm coils if I do go for this option? I saw a guy at a local vape shop vape his unregulated box mod with an artic tank and it looked like he was getting very good vapor production. Should I get an artic tank? I don't have any regulated mods.

My personal opinion?

I prefer a rebuildable tank for my Mechs. The Lemo2 is my current tank of choice and I build from .4 to .5 coils. As was said, a .2 is typically heavier coils and may take a while to ramp up plus your battery run time will be decreased over using a .5 ohm coil.

But, that said, some prefer the lower ohm coils--and it's all good ;)

The thing that prevents me from running a tank on a mech is most factory coils in my experience have a break in time. With a regulated mod I can slowly break my coil in with lower watts like 35 watts then a few hits a 40 watts. To me I get longer life of coils as well as better taste this way. If I wanted to run a tank on a mech! I'd first break the coil in on a regulated mod.
