Hey I recently ordered a Provari Mini, and I have 4 Kanger Protanks at the moment. I was just wondering what others had to say about other tanks that work well and look nice on the provari mini. I like the Zen Atty but its just way too expensive for me and I think im still a little to new to vaping to be looking into a RBA. I would love some members inputs on this topic and I would really appreciate it! Thanks alot

Cheers, Matt

IBTanked, Phiniac, Loki Labs SS1 all work well. For the 22mm tanks use a ProRing to complete the look.

Does the proring attach to the top of the battery on a provari mini? How do you get it on there? The top silver ring my tank screws onto on my Provari doesnt come off.
The Pro Rings are merely beauty rings that "sit" on the Provari's tapered top cone. No threads to screw. Stays in place only by being between the Provari and the tank.

Pro Ring "beauty rings" sitting between Provari's and AGA-T2 RBA's. Also displayed is the Tatroe Provari Base and battery extender ring to allow use of a larger battery with the Mini. One ring allows using the 18490 battery. Two rings together allow use of the 18650 battery.

did that work stevegmu??

I was about to order a ProVari last week, when I saw the P. Busardo's review, so didn't order one. If the ProTank 2 didn't work with it, my options would have been limited, as I hate polyfill. Looks like I will have to order one to try out. I figured the reason ProVape doesn't have the ProTank 2 yet was because of that issue.

According to P. Busardo's review of the ProTank 2, the tank will not work if it is screwed down tight on the ProVari. Did he get a dud, or has anyone else experienced this? Is there some kind of adapter that is needed?

The problem with the Kanger Protank II on a Provari, is the draw. The air slots on the top of a Provari, are not very big, the air holes in the Protank are smaller than a Boge Carto, and the 510 connector threads are a close tolerance. All this adds up to a really tight draw on the Provari. I thought the head in the Protank was getting gunked up. Also the slots in the bottom of the Protank, are not directed at the air holes in the 510 connection.

I switched the Protank to my Zmax V3 flat top, and the draw became more airy. The tolerances on the Zmax 510 connector are not as close as the Provari, and the tank sits a little higher off the top.

So basically, I use the protank on the Zmax, and keep to my Phiniac tank on the Provari.

I don't get it.. I have both the protank 1 and 2. The protank 1 has the "tight draw" problem, if I screw it all the way there's no air flow at all. But with the protank 2 it works perfectly... Everyone says the opposite. I am using a provari mini 2.5.

Just my observation, on how it works on my Provari. I am using a lighter juice than the juice in my carto tank, and still the tight draw. Could be difference in manufacturing.
