Tank reccomendation

I'm currently using a eleaf Istick 30w with nautilus mini. I find I'm filling the tank so much (hence mini lol) just wondering what's a bigger tank that I could get? Does the larger Nautilus tank use the same BVC coils as the mini?

Yes, it takes the same coils.

Not trying to rain on your parade, but the larger Nautilus has a bad reputation for leakage. I've experienced it myself, many times.

For mouth to lung ( which I'm assuming you are) the Triton mini IMO has better coils, and has little to no leaking. If you can hold out for a couple of weeks, the Nautilus X looks very promising for mouth to lung!

I've read a few times folks preferring the Triton mini coils to the Nautilus. What to you makes them better? I'm using the Nautilus BVC 1.8 right now in the Plato and overall am happy with them for MTL, but I'm open to "branching out" because I can use either. Or is it the tank/coil combo of the Triton that you prefer?
