hey guys

so i start off by saying that im use a LT and a ego from canvape and lovin them, My LT i use when im at home and my ego is for when im out and about.

So i really like Smoktech 6ml Tank Dual Coil Cartomizer Clear With Drip Tip , i can fill it in the morning and it will last me all day. My prob is im not a big fan of Smoktech 2.5ohm Tank Dual Coil Cartomizer Refill 5 pack i pick up a pick when i got my LT cause there higher ohm and stuff. I feel like they have weak tase and vapor i think it the dual coil thing when useing differnt volts im not sure but i will say it im not a fan of them......

Now i love Boge Cartomizer 5 Pack SR these babys... Great warm vapor, Flavor,TH everything about them i like i use them on my LT at 4.2-4.6 volts and its yummy. But my prob is i have to refill them all the time.

So i guess what im asking here is there a tank system were i can use the Boges? some stuff that i can see is they have a sticker on them ( i took a old one and peeled it off...what a pain in the ....) also there not punched (no prob) and they dont have that flare on the bottom.

I know the tank would be alot smaller then the 6mil one but i can deal with that.


Next..... V510's..... i also got a couple of them and i have tried out 2, i do injoy them but i find i get alot of dryhits and jucie in my mouth, i try to avoid the juice in my mouth thing from taking the mouth pieace off and blowing it out everyonce in a while. Also i do the tippy spinny thing to avoid the dryhits it helps sometimes. Anyone else have this prob?

Next these 510 XL CE3 Smokymizer Bottom Coil 5 Pack anyone use these before? I picked up a pack and i have tried 2 out of the 5, it says they dont leak..... will they dont when there filled up but trying to fill them is a differnt story.. i take the plug out use my needle tip on 45 angle and slowey fill them up, will as fast as im filling them the juice in poring out the other end (Battery end)... so ok i put the plug back in as fast as i can and guess what, they dont leak anymore. What am i doing worng?????????????? Also is it normal for them to use juice faster then a fat kid can eat cake?? Man they use alot when working.

So to end it i really love everything about vapeing, i havent had a smoke since i started and my wife is very pround of me. I think she kinda jealous cause i hold my LT more then her.

The pre drilled cartomizers for the DCT have very small holes, I always drill out the hole to at least double the size of the original hole, it greatly improves performance. Yes there are tanks that you can use a normal boge 510 carto, you can check out the J Tank J-TANK but they are in the states, there are a couple Canadian vendors that sell a similar product you will have to look through the suppliers list, you will of course have to slot or punch the cartos.

I had the same issue, tried the DC tank on my LT.... No good. I wanted to use the Boge SR Cartos as well. This is what I use them in with my LT http://www.happyvaper.com/VPX_CARTOMATOR_Cartomizer_Tank_p/vpx-carto-tank.htm Works great! And if you order one it usually shows up the next day.

Be careful with the tanks though, as they can be very addictive to buy! I started out with a Smoktech 4 ml, then 6ml. Then graduated to a VPX, then Phiniac XL Tall boy (Awesome product!!!), and then to a BDV S/S (Awesomer unit!) unit! Hell, I almost feel like I need to keep buying PV's just so I can keep all my tanks connected to something!

I currently have the smoktech 3ml tanks from happyvaper. I wanted to try the tank system, and they're only 11 bucks...but what I'm wondering is...

Is there really a difference in terms of use, between the $11 smoktech, and the $30 VPX tanks? I know they use different cartos, but my smoktech is working really well for me...at least i think it is, since i don't have a more expensive version to compare it to.

Has anyone switched between these 2, and why?

I'm not sure if there would be a hugh differnce between the tanks themselves, I think what it comes down 2 is the carto being used, I mean the way I see it is tanks are tanks they hold the juice only and its the carto that's doing the work. But as you I have only used the smoketech tank so take what I say with a grain of salt.

I have been vapeing for just over a month and I don't post much on the fourms but I'm always looking at them. One thing I have found is I can read all the great advice and info my brain can take but it comes down to what works for me. Since I have started I have tried couple differnt cartos,clearo,driping, ect ect and I'm still trying to find what I like. One thing I do love on my ego is the smoketech DC xl cartos(I think that's what there called,on my phone so. Can't check) They hold 5mil jucie and there wicked. I use them on my ego when I out at the pub and such, they look good on a ego also and if people ask about my PV I can show them and not worrie about scaring them off cause of the looks lool.

My advice to you would be, try the other tank if it works for ya then cool, if not sell it

I think I'm gonna try the 1.7 signal coil cartos in my smoketec tank before I fork out 30 bucks for a new tank. And if they don't work ill try out the higher price ones.

Vapeing is great have fun with it

When you fill these you have to put the condom on the bottom of them. Once the top plug is in place they wont leak out the bottom. Been there done that.

You may want to let your wife sit in your lap & hold your LT the odd time. Happy wife, happy life.

Hey unknown, found the v510's to be, lets just say "not my favourite", same observations as you had(a bit leaky too)

The guys at Canvape were good enough to toss 1 in as I'm local but still had to pay
the shipping(more than doubled my bill). Easing the disappointment greatly.

I'll def. be hitting them up in person at their stall at the flea market in the future!!

Can you get these in Canada??

I got mine from the US. I know that canvape carries the standard smoktech 1.7's. If you ask, he might be able to bring in the flanged ones.

I haven't used my 6.5ml tank yet (Waiting for the ProVari to get here), but the smoktech 3.5ml one is rock solid. No sliding carto and no leaking.
