Tapatalk not working

My tapatalk will not allow the forum to load.
"This forum is either restricting Tapatalk or the installed Tapatalk plugin is not working. Please contact your system administrator"
I've seen others posting with it in their sig's

Uninstall it and reinstall.
Also, make sure you are connected to a good internet connection or 4g because if it is running slow it takes forever to load and automatically times out.
