Target Vaporesso FALSE Temp High

I'm hoping someone can help me. I've been using a Target vaporesso for about 8 months and it recently started giving me a false "Temp high" message. Whatever is going on renders the mod completely useless, and it has the same message when it's completely cold and not used for 10+ hours (not charging). I've cleaned it and replaced the coil, which seemed to help until it started doing the same thing after about 10 hits. Occasionally it will work for a few hits when I take the battery out and put it back in.

I contacted the company in China and they asked me to send them a picture of the receipt and a short video of the problem. I sent the video and do not have the receipt (though I have a receipt for when I bought one for my mom online). I'm really hoping they have great customer service and send me info on fixing it or replacement parts, but it's hard to say when they're in China.

Any advice?

Temp high usually means the board or interior temperature of the MOD itself. Did you ever have a bad leak or spill of e-liquid?

Also US Residents should sign the Petition to have the Deeming Regulations thrown out!

Welcome and glad you joined. Sorry to hear about the bad luck. Eleaf products are as good as any out there, I have had good luck with the Istick 40TC.
