Taste testing flavors but dilluting in H2O?

I wouldn't call PG sweet or agree that it would "totally" change flavors. It might work in water, but why not use PG and vape it. PG is pretty cheap, VG too. PA suggests whipped cream as well.

Heat definitely can change flavors. Triacetin is supposed to add stability to flavors so you might want to try that. You just can't get away with vaping certain flavors at high watts.

oh wow, I actually do this, but thought it was not a good idea so I just never say anything about it. I guess mainly because its not very useful. I do get a general idea of the flavor. But, vaping brings out much different notes in a flavor. But, it did somewhat guide me when I was looking for a mystery flavor I got in a premixed batch I loved... it was vanilla butter nut :)
