Taste /vape quality and how, or if coil length effects it .

Northern NJ native , Coastal NC now.
I hear many say the more wick material that touches / makes contact with your coil the better the vape . So i assume more wraps is far better than less wraps (correct me if i'm wrong) as long as you hit your targeted resistance.

Seems less wraps with with say 30 or 32 gauge would not be as advantageous as more wraps with 28 since more contact will be made with the wicking material with the 28.

Whats your thoughts

more surface area is more juice vaporized but requires more power or takes longer to heat up, more power can vaporize juice faster in same coil vs lower power, vapor/air mix ratio can effect flavor, there would seem to be an optimal balance between power and surface area and air flow, im sure i missed something
eta: oh yes wicking ability of your wick will be the limiting factor in how much power you can apply
