The 48mg e-liquid is is a mix as it comes from the manufacturer.
As for the 36mg product, I dilute it from the 48mg e-liquid using VG
and distilled water.
Of course you can purchase the Venom 48mg, and dilute to your desired
nicotine level with your preference of PG or VG.

Hello all, had a script issue with the e-liquid8 site, but has been fixed and is up and running fine. Take a look at the 120ml bottles of e-liquid, and as soon as I run out of stock on the 50ml size, I am going to 60ml.
