For the purpose of these juice reviews I use an eGo-T and/or a Kanger 510 H coil carto with the standard eGo battery. These juices are all 12mg sample bottles that most of you have come to know. Now let's get tasty ... I mean started.
Atomic Cinnacide
Inhale: Cinna'sweet flavor instantly hits the tongue as if I inhaled some kind of candy powder. Very pleasant and tasty inhale indeed.
Exhale: This is where I was personally thrown off. I agree with the notion of Big Red flavor but to me it just didn't hold up. The exhale is slight in flavor and leans towards the taste of 5 hour chewed Big Red gum to me. Not to say that it's horrible but given all the hype I've read on AC I expected a more "in your face" flavor on the exhale.
Throat Hit: At 12mg I didn't get a big throat hit but it's plenty for my taste. The cinnamon creates almost a "mouth hit" after a vape session.
Vapor: Did not disappoint.
Conclusion: I can see why so many people love this juice but I admit I expected a little more from the exhale given the rave I've seen. Perhaps the Kanger 510 carto doesn't bring out the right flavor in this juice or perhaps it's my tastebuds. It just didn't knock my socks off like I was expecting but I get the feeling the flavor could quickly grow on me. B-
Cafe Macchiato
Inhale: Cream and calmness is how I'll describe the inhale. A nice warming vapor with cream and slight sweetness that hit the back of my tongue. This could be interesting ...
Exhale: Dear mother of e-juice! I'm pretty sure there's a starbucks living in my eGo. Oh the coffee! the cream! the molcha! the whatever it is that makes this flavor taste like I should be drinking it. The slight dark undertones to this mix makes it very lovely. This hits home for both coffee and desert fans as far as I'm concern.
Throat Hit: Again, at 12mg I really didn't get much of a throat hit but I honestly don't care. This is e-licious.
Vapor: Yet another solid performer.
Conclusion: I think you get the idea. A+
Kretek
Inhale: Warms the mouth and tongue with a slight sweetness you can often get on the first few drags of a clove. You get the slight "clove tingle" on the tip of your tongue on inhale as well.
Exhale: The middle of the exhale seems to go sideways flavor wise. While you taste the clove, it just doesn't seem refined in the middle and has some kind "off taste". This could again be either my carto or taste buds but that's what I'm getting. The taste is capped off however by a very realistic clove flavor. The "clove tingle" continues as it should.
Throat Hit: 12mg so not much of a TH again, however like the AC this seems to give you a "mouth hit" over time. I'm satisfied.
Vapor: Can't go wrong with these TV juices when it comes to vapor.
Conclusion: I think the addition of a tobacco undertone to this juice would make it a beast for those who enjoy/enjoyed clove cigs. Maybe it's there and I'm just missing it but what really makes this juice shine is the experience. This juice very much simulates the PHYSICAL feeling of smoking a clove and for the experience it provides alone I give it an A-.
Tasty Finger
Inhale: Woah! Who's spraying warm sweet butter in my mouth?
Exhale: So this is what flavor perfection taste like. It absolutely tastes as close to a Butterfinger as the real deal. It's amazing really. The orange crunch coat, the butter, the hint of chocolate ... it's all there. In fact, the lady loves getting a chocolate blizzard with crunch coat from the local ice cream shop and this taste ...exactly ... like it (minus the brain freeze).
Throat Hit: At 12mg this for some reason seems to have the bigger TH of all the others. Perhaps it's the way I drag on this specific flavor or perhaps my brain is on nictonine overload as I try to finish this review. I'd still give it a modest TH at 12mg but this is so delicious I really could care less.
Vapor: Nobody lay a finger on my Tasy Finger vapor ... it's pretty.
Conclusion: This was the first flavor I tried outside of my initial MVS juices that are more tobacco oriented. My first "desert" or "gourmet' juice if you will .... and boy I saw the light. It's remarkable that I can get this kind of flavor for my nicotine intake. Flavors like this open your eyes ... and your wallets. A+
All in all I was very pleased with my samples. Cafe Macchiato and Tasty Finger really stood out and opened my eyes to the possibilities of flavor. TF might be a little too much on the sweet side to be a personal every day vape for me but it's definitely staying in my collection. Cafe Macchiato might have every day potential for me, especially combined with my MVS RY4 juice. I really dig the clove experience Kretek provides and it's something I'll come back to from time to time. The jury is still out on Atomic Cinnacide. The inhale is pretty special but the flavor on exhale seems dull in comparison. Thanks for reading.
UPDATE: Atomic Cinnacide continues to grow on me. After brushing my teeth and cleaning the palette the exhale flavor has improved.
*NOTE* All reviews were written while vaping each specific juice at the time of post. No cartomizers or atomizers were harmed during the making of this review.
